I'm a graduate student at the University of Florida
working on my PhD in Astrophysics. I got my BS in Physics from Georgia Tech in
2000 and my MS in Astronomy from the University of Florida in 2003. My first
love is running. I ran cross country and indoor/outdoor track for Georgia Tech
as an undergrad and I'm now training with the competitive division of the
Florida Track Club. I've recently gotten addicted to marathons and triathatlons
as well and I just did the full Ironman Florida on November 5, 2005. I'm from a small town in north Georgia and
I still have enough of a southern accent to prove it. I've got
amazing parents, 2 crazy cats, an awesome extended family, some really good friends, and a
sweet Jeep....what more can ya ask for? |
