Downloading/Installing
Fitlc works no differently than any other IDL program, which means you don't really have to install. Just download the above tar file, unzip the contents, and make sure all the .pro files are in your IDL path. Once you've done this, just type 'fitlc' from a command prompt to launch the program. In the tar for fitlc is a file called 'templates' - this file must be copied to the working directory you launch filtc from. Fitlc should look like this.
