	I'd never seen Lobster Mushrooms  until I visited the mushroom exhibit at the Pacific National Exhibition (Vancouver, B.C.) this year.  This picture doesn't quite capture it, but these specimens looked like pizza bagels, albeit misshapen.
	I also saw Morel Mushrooms for the first time.  Or are these escapees from a sci-fi movie set?
