Group Personnel
Faculty:Professor. Ph.D., SUNY, Stony Brook, 1987. Research interests include quasars and active galactic nuclei (AGNs), pre- and post-main sequence stars, elemental abundances and chemical enrichment in galaxies and AGNs, star formation and galaxy evolution at high redshifts, and spectral diagnostics of astrophysical environments.
Post-Docs:
Recent Graduate. Ph.D., University of Florida, 2004. Research interests include heavy element abundances and chemical evolution in quasars and AGNs, spectral line diagnostics of astrophysical environments, AGN black hole masses and broad emission line region properties, and software design and development, particularly in IDL.
