CanariCam has a compliment of high-quality mid-IR filters, delivered by the University of Reading Infrared Multilayer Laboratory, some of which were specified by the so-called VISIR filter consortium. Additionally, some near-IR filters are available for engineering purposes. The scans are available for each filter below.
