A star party site for the Alachua Astronomy Club, Inc., by invitation of Fred and Lucille Heinrich to visit their Stargate Observatory. (First star party, September 2006.)

The site is about 60 miles northwest of Gainesville, Florida, and about five miles east of Live Oak. Driving time from Gainesville is approximately one hour.
