new Varian pumping system for the Instrumentation Lab (327 KB).
It contains a high throughput Tri-Scroll roughing/backing pump, and a
Turbo-V 70LP Macro-Torr turbo. The full-range pressure sensors
and throttle valve are not yet installed. |
