Research Interests

Generally I am interested in the questions that every child would ask. Especially I desire to understand galaxy formation and evolution. I am currently working with Prof. Anthony Gonzalez on submillimeter galaxies and gravitational lensing. I am also working with Prof. Jian Ge on quasar 2175A dust absorbers.

I am currently a first-year student in the Astronomy Department at the University of Florida. I received my bachelor's degree from Northeastern University in China where I studied applied physics. I studied at the University of Southern California during my senior year.
