These web pages contain a number of multimedia presentations created
at the Department
of Astronomy of the University of Florida using Microsoft's PowerPoint
Presentation software. We make them available in both PowerPoint and HTML
format.
These presentations were partly sponsored
by an IDEAS grant from the Space Telescope Science
Institute.
We plan to continually add new presentations, so check back with us again soon!
For optimal viewing of these presentations
please read on carefully:
It is highly recommended that you use a
video display resolution of at least 1024x768 (you should be
able to enlarge your browser window until there is no horizontal
scroll bar at the bottom).
You should also use a video display that
supports at least 256 colors (8-bit video). Video displays of
thousands (16-bit high-color) or millions (24-bit true-color) of
colors are highly recommended --astronomical images can be very
colorful!
Thank you!
