These are the cluster photometry files presented in Paper I: Sarajedini et al. (2007).
The format of the columns is:

id x y Vvega err VIvega err Ivega err Vground Iground Nv Ni RA Dec Sat?                    

id: the identification of the star

x,y: the position of the star on the master image

Vvega err VIvega err Ivega err: the magnitudes/color and errors on the VEGAmag system - stars with one measurement have errors based on root(n) noise.

Vground Iground: the magnitudes on the ground VI system

Nv Ni: the number of times the star was measured

RA Dec: The right ascenscion and declination of the star in J2000 from the HST image headers

Sat?: whether the star has one or more saturated pixels: 1=no 0=yes
