Some of these photos were taken by myself whereas others were taken by friends. I try to label the photos with their author and, if I feel it to be suitable, with the name of the yogi or location.

I leave a note recommending encouraging those who may be interested in practicing the asanas in the photos, or other yoga exercises, to find a non-licensed yoga instructor who has plenty of experience and, most importantly, in whom you feel comfortable with.
The practice of yoga will provide a seemingly endless array of pleasurable moments when practiced with awareness, care, and patience.
