If you haven't already, I recommend compiling a master bibliography list that you can update with each paper you read or project you do, whether by using bibtex or some other similar program. I waited until just before I started writing my thesis before bothering to do so, and that was a big mistake.

Also, at the bottom of each ADS abstract are two useful bibtex links providing forms for that citation, so you should rarely need to manually type in bibliographic information. However, these citations are not perfect, especially for very old papers, so you might have to do a little tinkering.
