Have questions regarding study skills, time and stress management, test anxiety, or career decision-making?

The Peer Counselors at UF's Counseling Center are student volunteers trained in counseling. Peer Counselors have skills and use techniques that enhance academic performance and interpersonal development. Peer Counselors work individually with students and utilize self-assessment techniques.

In addition to providing career related counseling, Peer Counselors give workshops to classes, campus groups, associations, sororities, fraternities, and residence halls on various topics. Topics include time and stress management, study skills, career decision-making, test anxiety, motivation, and adjusting to college life.
