Sample measurements of the intensity component polarized perpendicular to the scattering plane and scattered by a ten wavelengths circumference Bk7 glass sphere. The homogeneous sphere is among the particle shapes for which an exact solution is known. The solid curve is the theoretical curve from Mie-theory. The comparison shows that the measurements are accurate.
